After 17 years of starting, scaling and turning around various businesses in some of the largest and most respected organizations globally, Atul decided to start The/Nudge Institute to fulfill his passion of working on social issues facing India. He was previously the Chief Revenue Officer of InMobi. Prior to InMobi, he worked in key positions at Google, Adobe, Samsung, and Infosys. He was also the Chairman of the board of a non-profit, EndPoverty. Atul was a part of the #40underForty list by The Economic Times in 2017. Atul holds a MBA from Indian School of Business and B-Tech from National Institute of Technology.

Sudha leads initiatives focused on attracting and developing top talent working on problems of poverty. She started her career in the technology sector and spent 16 years in various leadership roles spanning business operations, engineering, and organizational development. Her passion is in enabling organizations to ramp in scale and competence to achieve audacious goals. She was therefore attracted to the development sector and the immense opportunities it offers for organizations to innovate and grow their impact. Sudha is an engineer and MBA from IIM Lucknow.

Anushka is a Philosophy graduate from Lady Shri Ram College for Women. Her need to create long lasting change pushed her to join the Teach for India fellowship, where she taught 120 girls in a government school in Delhi. Post the fellowship, she joined the TFI Bangalore training team where she led the city training ecosystem strategy design and implementation.

Mohit has a decade strong experience in product management and strategic implementation across multi-billion dollar corporates to early-stage startups. He took up entrepreneurship with a deep dive in disabilities, where he designed an award-winning effective yet affordable assistive aid for visually challenged people. He is a Chartered Accountant and an MBA from IIM Calcutta.

Nandita Chandrasekhar is a development sector professional with a deep interest in public policy. She is an alumna of St. Joseph’s College of Commerce, Bangalore. She has previously worked at the Ministry of External Affairs, PRS Legislative Research, and Paint It Red. Nandita strives to work towards sustainable and intersectional development and believes that grassroots engagement is instrumental in affecting change.

Navneet Prakash is a development professional with 14 years of experience in Mentoring, Design, Facilitation and Program Management across diverse sectors (Micro-Finance, Youth Development, Social Entrepreneurship, Child-Rights,and Entrepreneurship Education). He has lived and worked across 5 states in India and speaks Hindi, English, and Kannada. Navneet is an alumnus of Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. He has also completed a Diploma in Counseling Skills from the Banjara Academy, Bengaluru.

Rudrashish is a public policy professional with 2.5 years of experience in diverse engagements with the government. He has previously worked with the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation and the Department of Urban Development, Maharashtra Government. He is a Physics graduate from St. Xavier’s College- Autonomous, Mumbai and has completed a Graduate Certificate Course in Public Policy from the Takshashila Institution. He is currently working with a Fellow Designate in Karnataka Administrative Reforms Commission - 2 as an analyst.
